Firstly , We want to Clear one major thing about Civil WRIT Petition 383 /2011 filled in Supreme Court by Solomon Jemes & ORS in this case some of the news websites and peoples are miss guiding the Speak Asia Panelist's that " Speak Asia Company get Permission of Restarting Business in India and EOW Mumbai will handover the Server to Speak Asia Online Company ".
( On a Personal Note : We speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com will also publish that news When It actually happens but until Speak Asia Company Restarts the Business in India don't make Fake NEWS )

According to this EOW which is Respondent No-6 in this case will Provide a Print Outs of Data of those peoples which are having Dues on Speak Asia Online Company basically R.C. Lahoti comaite wants to
know " How Much amount is DUE and Payable to the Petitioners and other parties ?"
Further it says " We ( R C Lahoti Commite ) direct the concerned respondents ( Means Speak Asia Company ) to deposit the money with Supreme Court Registry
We ( speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com ) also knows their are lots of sentiments of the Speak Asia Panelists regarding their Moneys but that doesn't means we will not believe Supreme Court Website.
सबसे पहले , हम सबको एक बात साफ़ कर देना चाहते हैं की जन हित याचिका नंबर ३८३ / २०११ जो उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ में सोलोमोन जेम्स और कुछ लोगो ने दिया हैं इसके बारे में कुछ न्यूज़ वेबसाइट और लोग गलत अफवाह फैला रहे हैं " स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी को इंडिया में काम करने की इज्जाजत मिल गयी हैं या स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी दुबारा से चालू हो रही हैं या EOW मुंबई स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी का सर्वर वापिस करने को उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ ने कहा हैं ".
( हम स्पेअक-एशिया-फ्रौड़.ब्लागस्पाट.कॉम भी ऐसे खबर जरूर छापेंगे पर जब ऐसा सुचमुच होगा पर उससे पहले इस तरह के अफवाह पर धयान न दे )
उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ के वेबसाइट पर सिर्फ इतना ही कहा हैं की :
EOW मुंबई जो इस केस में जवाबदेही नंबर ६ हैं वो स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी के सर्वर से प्रिंट आउट निकल के उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ द्वारा नायुक्त रमेश चंदर ( आर सी ) लाहोटी समिती को दे ताकि इस बात पता चल सके की स्पेअकसिया कंपनी पर स्पेअक एशिया पन्नेलिस्ट के कितने देनदारी हैं . लाहोटी समिती स्पेअकसिया कंपनी को पैसा जमा करने को कहेगी
हम ( स्पेअक-एशिया-फ्रौड़.ब्लागस्पाट.कॉम ) येः भी जानते हैं की स्पेअकसिया के पेंनेलिस्तो की भावनाए इस केस से जड़ी हैं पर हम अफवाह को बढावा देने वालो से सिर्फ इतना ही कहना चाहेंगे के वो उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ की बात को नकार के उसका अपमान न करे .
