According to this news their was in Supreme Court verdict of Civil WRIT Petition 383 /2011 filled in Supreme Court by Solomon Jemes & ORS that the money is only for those 115 Panelists which have filed the
case in Court .
Further this News Says " The City Police said " Their are thousands of Speak Asia Panelists who don't get their money regarding to that EOW Mumbai will give the Print Out copy of those speak asia panelists who have lost their money ".

In Supreme Court, the firm has offered to return the money of 115 investors, most of whom filed a petition, demanding their money back. While the court stated that the amount could be returned through a mediator, it also asked the investigators and other agencies involved in the probe to file their reply by February 11.
However, the police are not ready to agree: "The company is ready to return money to 115 investors, but what about the more than two million people who invested in SpeakAsia? Going by our record, the company cheated lakhs of investors of a total Rs 2,276 crore. Why does the company want to return Rs 50 core only?"

" स्पेअक एशिया की जन हित याचिका केवल ११५ के लिए का विरोध "
इस खबर के अनुसार जन हित याचिका नंबर ३८३ / २०११ जो उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ में सोलोमोन जेम्स और ११५ लोगो ने दी हैं
इस से मिलने वाला पैसा केवल ११५ पन्नेलिस्तो का हैं .
इस खबर में आगे कहा गया हैं " पुलिस ने कोर्ट को बतया हैं की ऐसे हजारो स्पेअक एशिया पन्नेलिस्ट हैं जिन्हें स्पेअक एशिया से पैसा नहीं मिला . EOW मुंबई प्रिंट आउट की कॉपी सुप्रेमे कोर्ट में देगी जिनका पैसा खोइया हैं

उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ में ११५ पनेलिस्तो ने अपने पैसे स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी से वपिसे लेने के लिए एक जन हित याचिका दी . जिस पर उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ ने कहा हैं की पैसा मेदिअटर ( रमेश चंदर ( आर सी ) लाहोटी समिती ) की जरिये लोगो में बटेगा .. लाहोटी समिती ने इस केस के अधिकारिओ के इस बारे में जवाब देने के लिए ११ फेब्रुअरी ( यानि कल तक ) का टाइम दिया हैं .
लेकिन पुलिस इस बात से इतफाक नहीं रखती " स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी केवल ११५ पनेलिस्तो का पैसा देने को राजी हैं , लेकिन स्पेअक एशिया में २० लाख लोगो का पैसा लगा हैं .. हमारे ( पुलिस ) रेकॉर्ड्स के अनुसार स्पेअक एशिया ने Rs २ ,२७६ करोड़ का पैसा लुटा हैं फिर स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी केवल ५० करोड़ क्यों लोटना कहती हैं ?
इस खबर में येः भी कहा गया हैं " पुलिस कुछ पनेलिस्तो में नज़र रख रही हैं जो स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी को
इन्टरनेट के जरिये सहयोग कर रही हैं जो ऐसा कह रहे हैं स्पेअक एशिया पर कोई केस नहीं हैं "

Bakwas hai......115 panelist ke liye supreme court caroro rupay nahi jama karwa rahi ....media ko jawab dena hoga...thode din aur wait karen bas.
i lost my RS 11,000/-. why this type of people come and play with our hard earned money. govt should panish them. stupid speak asia co. i will soon register case against this company.
