On 19.9.2012, the writ petition was disposed of as
withdrawn. 
On the basis of this Court’s order an amount of
US  $  10million  has  been  deposited  by  the  4th respondent
which is now lying in a fixed deposit in UCO Bank, Supreme
Court Compound.  We order that amount has to be returned to
the Respondent No.4.
