All those panelists who are not satisfied and does not want to continue with Speak Asia will get an option to EXIT and can take back their remaining unutilized subscription amount from the company.

This option will soon on Speak Asia New Website  in 1st Week of August as we Know Speak Asia New Website Launch on 11 July 2011 at 6:30 AM

No company in this world cancels the subscription of magazines, you take it hard copy of soft copy, if u payed to buy one year subscription, u wont get that money back u have to take that magazine, but since there was mis-communication in speak asia, thats why company gave thi option to withdraw, u wont get money for which u have filled the surveys means those EZines u got in your account, and u have access on them,
but those which have not been received, that will be payed u back in your bank account.

Refund of money

a. If you have not earned anything from speakasia, your Rs.11,000 will be transferred back to your
bank account in few weeks.

b. If you have made some income but less than 11k, then your rest left over amount will be transferred back
to your bank account in few weeks.

c. If you have earned more than what you paid for your subscription, then you won’t get any thing when you quit.

Speak Asia Exit Letter 

 Dear SpeakAsians,

As all of you are aware that our COO and some other officials were taken by EOW for
the purpose of enquiry and were further taken into remand till 4th Aug.

We are fully co operating with EOW in the enquiry and for the justice for every
Speak Asians and we are sure that we will come out victorious.

During the course of investigation, EOW has asked for certain documents from us
including the access for our server which we have provided them in order
to fully co operate with them.

As communicated earlier, we are coming up with EXIT OPTION starting from 5th August.
Those who are interested in exit option need to send an email to support2@speakasiaonline.com
from their registered email id in our database with a subject line EXIT FOR USER ID (user ID)
For example, if your user id is abed and your registered email id is xyz@xyz.com then
you need to send the email saying "exit for user id abed" from your email id xyz@xyz.com

This exit option is primarily focused towards those who have developed doubt on their
decision to be a Prosumer in Speak Asia. Through the exit option we wish to show our
genuine engagement with our consumers and build a completely transparent organization.

Since panelists have joined SAOL at different stages and time, the possible scenarios
in case Panelist chooses to EXIT will be as follows:

1)    No RP's earned after becoming a Panellist:
If you have recently subscribed to the E-Zine and have not participated in the
SAOL activities or no RP's have been credited in your account then you can opt
out by sending the exit mail. By doing so you will get refunded your entire
subscription cost (RP 200/100) to your Bank Account mentioned in your profile.
The ezine subscription shall cease to come to your mail ID and you will no longer
be associated with SAOL.

2)    RP's Earned lesser than Subscription Cost:
In case you have earned RP's whose value is less than the subscription cost,
these RP's shall be deducted from the cost of Subscription and the balance will be
credited into your bank account. The ezine subscription shall cease to come to your
mail ID and you will no longer be associated with SAOL.

3) RP's Earned more than subscription cost :
You are welcome to participate in SAOL website since your participation has earned you
RP's more that your subscription cost. You can now utilise the RP's for various revenue
generating activities on the new site.

Note: i) If the panelists EXIT, it is his sole responsibility to satisfy the queries raised by any
authorities of the money coming in his bank account.

ii) Once the decision to EXIT is taken, it cannot be reversed. Any rewards due to the panelists
who EXIT will not be processed and will not be contested by the panelists.

Payments will start as soon as our accounts are opened and TT* send by us are not returned by
banks in India as has been happening since middle of the May. We are corresponding with RBI
and requested them to support us in returning money.

As communicated above, certain services including survey scheduling will be interrupted due
to EOW taking the access of our server. So the surveys will not be uploaded in next schedule
(ie. Starting Wednesday) till the server access is with EOW.
