उनकी सुनवाई हैं .. इनमे से एक केस रायगड और दूसरा ठाणे मुंबई से हैं ...
इन केस के केस नंबर हैं :

कुछ गैर अधिकारिक सूचना के अनुसार .. कल ३ जनुअरी २०१२ मुंबई जिला न्यायालय में आशीष दांडेकर ( स्पेअकसिया अधिकारी ) और मेल्व्यं क्रेस्तो ( इस्पा प्रेसिडेंट ) की जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई थी .. जिसकी सुनवाई अब ५ जनुअरी २०१२ .. गौर तलब हैं ऐसी कोई भी जानकारी जिला न्यायालय की अधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर नहीं पाई गयी ...

अभी इस समिति के फैसले को उजागर नहीं किया गया हैं .. पर माना जा रहा हैं की येः फैसला
स्पेअकसिया के हक़ में हैं .पर अभी इसके बारे में कोई अधिकारिक सूचना जारी नहीं की गयी हैं ..
इस केस पर अगली सुनवाई ९ जनुअरी २०१२ को होगी..
