Today, is a day according to Supreme Court Verdict in Civil WRIT Petition 383 /2011 filled by Solomon Jemes & ORS date for getting data from EOW Mumbai in form of Print Outs to R. C . Lahoti Committee.

We ( speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com ) want to share some things .
In Any Speak Asia Case their was lots of misguidance was done by some peoples and also by media . Every time before coming of any judgement some peoples start doing copy paste from 1 news saying " This was confirmed news ". 
We ( speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com ) understand in this case their was more 15 lawyer name's from Petitioner side's all this was not hired by any one person or 115 Panelists. 
If we forget the news sections and only view judgment copies published in this case on Supreme Court website .
Court is only mentioned " petitioners " the numbers whether it is 115 or 20 Lakhs its No where Mentioned by Court .

Where a Lawyer Aneesh Sharma of a law firm named " J. M. Sharma & Co., Advocates & Solicitors " have published a video which becomes big controversy where its said "we( Aneesh Sharma) are fighting for speak asia panelists first time joiners ".. this is different thing that after opposition they don;t say much things 
on this topic but it can make us understand only one thing that these 15 lawyers who are part of different law firms so its obvious that their are more 115 speak asian panelist's who have filed this case for the money as if their was only these 115 Panelists they must have only hire a single law firm .


1st Important Thing : Any where in Supreme Court judgment copy its mentioned about Speak Asia Business Restarts. ( It can only be assumptions of some people thoughts )


2nd Important Thing : Rs. 50 crore is not enough to pay 20 Lakh Speak Asia Panelist as if we divide 50 crore's with 20 Lakhs every speak asian will get only Rs.250 which is not the money he/she have given for becoming member of speak asia family.
Rs. 50 crore is not too much high every person will get Rs.43 Lakhs 47 Thousand 8 Hundred 26 this is not that much amount which panelist have pay for speak asia membership.
But if we think that their was some how 50,000 Speak Asia Panelists who have filed their their claim from these 15 lawyers working in this case then amount can become near to it.


Last and Most Important thing : If money will come for all the speak asian panelists then their will big party and if this money is for those 115 / 50,000 Speak Asia Panelists then they will make a party without telling to others .

किसी भी स्पेअक एशिया केस की सुनवाई से पहले और बाद में हर बार कुछ लोग और मीडिया अपनी मन पसंद
बात को सच कह कर या येः कह कर की स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी के किसी अधिकारी / उच्च पद वालो ने बताया हैं ..
पेश करते जो अक्सर झूट निकलती हैं
हम  स्पेअक-एशिया-फ्रौड़.ब्लागस्पाट.कॉम समझाते हैं की इस केस में १५ वकीलों का नाम हैं जिन्होंने याचिका
करता की तरफ से हैं .. येः सब वकीलों न १ आदमी ने न हैं ११५ पनेलिस्तो ने नायुकत किया हैं .

अगर हम खबरों भूल जायें और केवल  उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ की इस केस के संबधी पढ़े तो येः पाएंगे की
न्यायालयअ ने शब्द " पन्नेलिस्तो " कहा हैं वो ११५ हैं / २० लाख कहें नहीं बोला गया .

अब हम १४ नवम्बर २०११ के कोर्ट अदेशाअनुसार

इस समय एक वकील अनीश शर्मा जो वकीलों के एक फ़िर्म"J. M. Sharma & Co., Advocates  & Solicitors "
का मेम्बर हैं उनके एक विडियो और जारी सन्देश में जिसमे कहा गया था " हम ( अनीश शर्मा ) स्पेअक एशिया पनेलिस्तो
के एक समूह के लड़ रहे हैं जिन्होंने अभी तक स्पेअक एशिया से नहीं कमाया "..
इस बात का विरोध भी हुआ ...उसके बाद इस बारे में ज्यादा बात नहीं की गयी ..पर इस से एक बात साबित थी
की इस केस में जो १५ से भी जाएदा वकील केस लड़ रहे हैं येः सब अलग अलग कंपनियो के हैं  इन सबको
११५ स्पेअक एशिया पन्नेलिस्तो ने नहीं बल्कि बहुत से अलग अलग लोगो ने अपने लिए नायुकत किया हैं .



१. महत्वपूर्ण : उच्चत्म न्यायालयअ के अदेशाअनुसार येः कही भी नहीं लिखा की स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी शुरू होने वाली हैं ..
( येः केवल कुछ लोगो सोच हो सकती हैं )

२. महत्वपूर्ण : रुपए ५० करोड़ २० लाख लोगो के देनदारी के बहुत कम हैं .. अगर हम रुपए ५० करोड़ को २० लाख में बटे
तो हर किसी के हिस्से में केवल रुपए २५० आएंगे जो रुपए ११,००० राशि से बहुत कम हैं .

और अगर रुपए ५० करोड़ ११५ लोगो के देनदारी के हिसाब से बहुत ज्यादा हैं .. अगर हम रुपए ५० करोड़ को ११५ लोगो में बटे तो हर किसी के हिस्से में रुपए ४३ लाख ४७ हजार ८ सौ २६ जो स्पेअक एशिया की सदयस्ता में दिए रुपए ११ हजार से बहुत जयादा हैं .
लेकिन अगर हम एक मिनट के लिए येः माने की ५०,००० स्पेअक एशिया पन्नेलिस्ट हैं जिन्हों ने येः केस १५ से ज़यदा वकीलों से करिया हैं तो रुपए ५० करोड़ का हिसाब किताब सही होता हैं .

आखिरी और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात : अगर येः पैसा सभी २० लाख स्पेअक एशिया पन्नेलिस्तो को मिला तो 
एक बहुत बड़ी पार्टी होगी और अगर ११५ /  ५०,००० स्पेअक एशिया पन्नेलिस्तो को येः पैसा मिला तो 
येः लोग अपनी पार्टी किसी को बिना बतये कर लेंगे .
