The current Minister of Corporate Affairs in the Indian government have been interviewed by Moneycontrol and Minister Tell the Status of Speak Asia .

In The News Corporate Minister Says  " 2 of the ROC 1 in Delhi and 1 In Mumbai has submitted the report both have conducted a inquiry and A Thorough inquiry was made they have submitted the report now . I ( Veerappa Moily ) have seen the report also it not right that it will be Investigated BY Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) their must be a right agency to further investigate this thing . "

स्पीक एशिया पर वीरप्पा मोइली का कहना है कि दिल्ली और मुंबई में कंपनी के खिलाफ रजिस्टार ऑफ कंपनी यानि आरओसी ने जांच की है। जांच के बाद आरओसी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट सरकार को सौंप दी है। आरओसी की रिपोर्ट के बाद अब एसएफआईओ स्पीक एशिया मामले की आगे की जांच करेगी।

वीरप्पा मोइली का मानना है कि एसएफआईओ के पास ज्यादा अधिकार नहीं हैं। सत्यम मामले के बाद एसएफआईओ का गठन किया है। ऐसे में जांच करने के लिए एसएफआईओ का मजबूत होना जरूरी
