On 7th of October 2011 Reserve Bank of India have Answers a RIA - 1021/2011-12 it was filed on 24th of August 2011 .
RBI Answers to RTI in English Regarding Speak Asia Online
With RTA Application Things Demanded and Question to Reserve Bank of India : -
Question 1. Please Provide the Copy of Cercullar which was Send to All Banks on 23 May 2011 Regarding Speak Asia Online .
RBI Answer 1 : We Can not Provide as it is Secreat Document which can not Be asked From RTA .
Question 2 : On Which Date RBI have Stoped Payments of Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd.
RBI Answer 2 : We ( Reserve Bank Of India ) Never Closed Any Bank Accounts of Speak Asia in India .
( This was Shocking News to All the Speak Asians as From Speak Asia was Saying that Their accounts was Freezed By Reserver Bank of India Even in Speak Asia Controversy Blog it was written that :
M/s United Overseas Bank, Singapore, on 27th May, 2011 probably due to the cautionary circular
sent out by the RBI vide circular No. DBS.CO.PPD No.16237/11.01.005/2010-11 dated 23rd May, 2011.
SAOL has been approaching the RBI and various other appropriate agencies to seek permission for
establishing their permanent establishment and for restarting the operations and restarting the payments to their panelists (us).
Question 3 : The court case 1365/2011 at Hon. Mumbai High Court was disposed off asking RBI to give time to SpeakAsia to listen and understand their business model. Was the time granted for the meeting? If yes, than please provide a copy of the letter issued in this regard. If no, than why?
RBI Answer 3 : According to a News of 14th July 2011 Mumbai High Court DISPOSE Case on Speak Asia Online in this case a order was Passed by Court Bombay High Court SpeakAsia Petition 1365-2011
RBI cleared that on 19th September 2011 we have in Metting with Some Lawerys Appointed By Speak Asia Company in that they try to understand the Business Model of Speak Asia Online .
These Lawerys Said Please Don't Understand Speak Asia Online as MLM . On this RBI said Follow the Guidliness of FEMA .
According to Fema guidelines .. Speak Asia Company Survey System and Giving 11,000 and Take Rs.52,000 was Not allowed in India .
More Over Speak Asia Company Can Only Sell the Products to those have PAN account Number and All the Reward Points have only Valued When Company Starts From a New Way.

सूचना के अधिकार के तहत मांगी गई जानकारी में रिजर्व बैंक ने कहा है कि हमने स्पीक एशिया के खाते फ्रीज कराने के लिए कोई आदेश जारी नहीं किया। अब सवाल यह उठता है कि जब रिजर्व बैंक ने खाते फ्रीज नहीं कराए तो आखिर बैंक खाते फ्रीज कैसे हुए। स्पीक एशिया से जुड़े श्री स्वप्निल कुमार द्वारा 24 अगस्त को कुछ जानकारियां सूचना के अधिकार के तहत मांगी गईं थीं जिनका जबाव देते हुए आरबीआई ने बताया कि हमारी ओर से स्पीक एशिया का खाता सील करने के लिए कोई निर्देश जारी नहीं किए गए।
हालांकि उन्होंने 23 मई 11 को जारी सर्कुलर की कॉपी देने से यह कहते हुए इंकार कर दिया कि वह एक गोपनीय दिशा निर्देश है जिसे सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जा सकता। रिजर्व बैंक ने इसकी भी पुष्टि की कि 19 सितम्बर को स्पीक एशिया का बिजनेस मॉडल समझने के लिए एक मीटिंग आयोजित की गई थी जिसमें स्पीक एशिया के कानूनी सलाहकार ने भाग लिया था।

आपको याद होगा स्पीक एशिया की ग्लोबल सीइओ हरेन्दर कौर उर्फ हरेन कौर ने एक खत की कॉपी सभी
पेनलिस्ट की ओर भेजी थी जिसमें उन्होंने आरबीआई से पेनलिस्ट को भुगतान करने की अनुमति मांगी थी, वह खत पूरी दुनिया में पहुंचा लेकिन आरबीआई तक पहुंचा ही नहीं।
यह खुलासा हुआ है उस आरटीआई में जो स्वप्निल कुमार द्वारा लगाई गई थी।
आरबीआई ने स्वप्निल को क्या जबाव दिए उसकी कॉपी सभी के पास उपलब्ध है
हालांकि यह दुखद है, लेकिन सत्य के बहुत नजदीक है कि स्पीक एशिया प्रबंधन ने एक बार फिर
अपने पेनलिस्ट को समझाने के लिए कटोरी में चांद दिखाने जैसा काम किया है

मेरे घर वालों ने मुझे बहुत समझाया था पर जल्दी पैसा कमानेक चक्कर में बेवकूफ सब कुछ जाने बगेर ही मेने भी अपनी माँ से इस वादे के साथ पैसे लेकर स्पेअक एशिया में लगाया था की में इसे 10% कर दूंगा उन्होंने अपनी सारे जमापूंजी मुझे दे दी और मैं सब कुछ गवा बैठा . इस से सभी को सबक लेना चाहिए की shortcut न लेके मेहनत से ही पैसा कमाना चाहिए . अगर यहाँ कोई स्पेअक एशिया की आलोचना करता था तो मुझे भी बुरा लगता था की ये लोग क्या कहे जा रहे हैं लेकिन कभी भरोसा नहीं किया सोचा थोडा धेर्य रखना चाहिए शायद हमारा पैसा हमें वापस मिल जाये लेकिन "भूके पेट भजन न होए गोपाला " ख़ाली बातों से पेट नही भरता . कभी न कभी तो आप सभी का सब्र भी टूटेगा . और ये सब भी मेरी तरह कम्मेंट ही लिखेंगे bcos कम्पनी के करता धर्ता तो गायब है किस से आप पूछेंगे UPDATE's के बारे में ? मेने अपना सबक सिख लिया की मेहनत जिंदाबाद . अगर आप महेनत करेंगे तो भगवन आपके साथ है और shortcut लेंगे तो शैतान क्युकी ये आपको कुछ देता है और बहुत कुछ लेता है . जो लोग अभी भी "जय स्पेअक एशिया " का नारा लगते है आलोचनात्मक बातों पे गली देते या उनकी आलोचना करते है या तो पहले ही पैसे कमा चुके हैं , या अन्धविश्वासी है , या ये उन पनालिस्तो को अँधेरे में ही रखना चाहते हैं जो की इनसे अपने SAOL में लगाये पैसे मांगते होंगे . मेरा मानना है की आप आचे हो तो भगवन भी आपके साथ अछा है . मेरे पैसों का डूबना मेरे लिए सबक था इसलिए में कुछ न कुछ काम कर के अपनी माँ के पैसे थोड़े - थोड़े के ही सही पर लोटने की कोशिश कर रहा होऊं . आप लोग भी अपने नसीब को कोसना चोदे और आगे बढ़ें .
और दोस्तों पहली बार लिखा है लेकिन जोभी मेरे मनन को ठीक लगा लिख दिया .
कोई गलत कहा हो तो माफ़ करना बकास अपने विचार रखने में मुझे नहीं लगता की कोई बुराई है .

Dear freinds After reading this blog i found that process which swapnil has shared is truth and RTI reply says that SAOL is an Fraaud Company and they had utilised our hard earn money , one more thing i feel Mr Ashok Bahirwani is also a culprit for sharing articles in a shopisticated manner but he is fooling reason
1) Where is SAOL Management
2) Who is Mr Ashok Bahirwani what his interest in SAOL
3)Where is Mrs Kaur and Mr Manoj
One thing is sure SAOL is an Pronzy Co and their motive has accamplised in India and they are not going to start or give payment to SAOL Panelist(WE )

I knew this is going to happen and my upline Rajeshwar Thakur from Mumbai has always been upfront by promising me return on my money incase any thing happens,but he is not to be found in Bombay but is in his village in Pali,now my down line is troubling me for their money and I have also lost to the tune of inr 1.10Lac.now who will give us our money back,their websight in on or off no one knows what for?
