According to the Time of India 29th November 2002 : The CBI has chargesheeted eight persons including three officials of the transport department of Delhi government for allegedly issuing forged permits to new auto rickshaws here in violation of prescribed rules. In its chargesheet filed in the court of Special Judge R K Gauba, the probe agency named Motor Licencing Officer (MLO) Raghu Kant Bhardwaj, Transport Departnment Head Clerk Chander Pal Singh, Motor Vehicle Inspector Anoop Singh Dahiya, Pal Auto Deals owner Shyam Sunder Dandona, Dandona Finance Ltd Director Sanjeev Kumar Dandona, Goldy Auto Deals owner Ashok Kumar Khurana, M/S PRJ Enterprises owner Raj Kumar Jain and one Arun Kumar Maggo of Maggo Auto Deals.
