Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday dismissed the bail petitions of the Speak Asia Online Pvt Ltd director, Rajiv Melhotra, and four of its employees. The CID of AP registered a case against the company for running a business of money circulation in India without any authorisation or licence.

आंध्रप्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने स्पीक एशिया के डायरेक्टर राजीव मल्होत्रा एवं उनके चार कर्मचारियों की जमानत याचिका निरस्त कर दी है। यहां सीआईडी ने स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ प्रकरण दर्ज किया था कि स्पीक एशिया मनीसर्कुलेशन कर रही है, उसने 2200 करोड़ रुपए भारत से जुटाए और 600 करोड़ रुपए सिंगापुर की ट्रांसफर किए जबकि उनके पास कोई वैधानिक अधिकार नहीं था।
सीआईडी द्वारा दर्ज की गई इस एफआईआर के खिलाफ स्पीक एशिया ने हाईकोर्ट में अपील की है। सीआईडी ने आपत्ति जताई है कि उन्हें इस मामले में अभी और कार्रवाई करनी है और जमानत दिए जाने से प्रक्रिया प्रभावित होगी।
