Mumbai EOW is doing their best efforts to solve this case after as per information Mr. Tarak was taken for inquiry in the morning of 29th July 2011 regarding a case filed by Mr. Navneet Khosla of Mumbai . Some Days before Andhra Pradesh CID Case on Speak Asia - 27 July 2011  was running where  franchises of Speak Asia has been arrested and their bank accounts are seized in that Case Mr. Tarak Bajpai Speak Asia have a Anti Spretery Bail in that case.

Tarak Bajpai & Top Officials in Judicial custody till 4 Aug 2011 after this all of them with a New Arrest of Mr. Deepankar Sarkar - First Speak Asia Panelist of India Picked From Raipur  Later after on 4th of August Speak Asia Tarak Bajpai Sent Police custody On 4 August 2011 Till 12 of August 2011
Yesterday  Rahul Shah vice president of Tulsient Information System Pvt Ltd has been arrested.
