Investigation Against Speak Asia By  MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) have found that Rs.1800 Carors have been send outside India and MCA wing for Serious Fraud will now Investigate this issue. The SFIO ( Serious Fraud Investigation Office ) team will check as Speak Asia Company Allegation found are :

1. FEMA rules 592-595 has been violated as Speak Asia Company has taken any Permission from RBI ( Reserve Bank of India ) for Fund Transfers and Speak Asia not informed in India to regularitory board about their business.

2. Within 7 days panelists have to exit otherwise they will be transferred to Indian website automatically.

3. As per Speak Asia, they will not responsible for any inquiry if any speakasian held for any police inquiry
or any other type inquiry.

4. Mrs. Harinder Kaur asks for some more time from RBI.
