On  23 Feb 2012  after a judgment comes in Writ Civil Petition Filed by 
SOLOMON JEMES & ORS  in Supreme Court of India ( Delhi )

In this Judgment it was said that Speak Asia Online company will Deposit Rs.50 Carrors in India .. 
Peoples are start assuming that this money is for those who have applied for exit option but thing 
is on which bases speakasia online can calculate Rs.50 Carrors is for exit panelist only.
Things will be Cleared after 12 March 2012 or after hearing in this cases.. this cases is still 
showing as pending on Supreme Court of India Website.

The first case which was against speakasia online is from Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad by a NGO - Corporate Fraud watch in this FIR when andhra pradesh CID have done a RAID approx 134 carrors
was friezed in bank account of franchise . In this case a judgement come by andhra pardesh high court
which have said that Speak Asia Online have done fraud with peoples and also issue notice's to
(1) Manoj Kumar, CEO,  (2) K. Charan Kumar, Regional Manager, and
(3) Harender Kour, Global CEO.
