{ Question : Why it was submitted to ING Vysya and Written that Speak Asia Online Have Submitted to Reserve Bank Of India. When this application goes to RBI and RBI already Denied the Company Operations they can reject the Application. )

2nd : After 1st Step was completed  means After bank account was approved in ING Vysya Bank . Speak Asia Online Will apply for opening a Company in India by Filling Form Registrar of Companies .
( It Means Till now speak Asia Online was not applied in Registrar of Companies this also proves that DICKY SPEAK PVT LTD Not Speak Asia Online and another problem is Speak Asia ROC Report 21 July 2011 Zee News  according to this news on Speak Asia company registration ROC will submit a report after 90 Days means from 21 July - 90 Days ... 3 Months approx means Report will come on 21 September 2011.)

NOTE: The payouts from India can only start once bank account is opened and the approvals are given in writing by the authorities.
It Means On 15 September if only company application was submitted in ING Vysya for account opening company can start Payouts. Speak Asia Not Explain which other approvals . Company is Talking about.

3rd : RBI approval for Business Model .

( Question : Company is saying they don't have funds for clearing thing from custom but accounts are frozen from a long time back after that new website is launched that money was paid , For Speak Asia Advertisements are coming , Online Website Ads are going on where that Money is Coming  and Big question so when that thing will come which speak asian's ordered . If Every thing is not working why 
speak asia online shopping website was taking Orders why company want that Speak Asian will use their
Reward Points in purchasing as company says shopping is mandatory .
