According to a news published on 26th November 2011 in Times of India, Mumbai : Mr. Melvin D’Costa is panelist-cum-promoter of Speak-Asia .  
Additional Commissioner EOW Mumbai Mr. Rajawardhan Sinha Says : He was not only a panelist but also a prime promoter of the company. He could not explain the transfer of around $3,000 in his account.

News About Supreme Court Case - Solomon James Case

The Supreme Court has set up a panel, headed by former chief justice of India RC Lahoti, to settle the dispute between Singapore-based online company Speak Asia and its panelists over payment of dues to the latter. A bench headed by justice Dalveer Bhandari passed the order on a petition filed by 115 panelists of Speak Asia seeking a directive to the company to disburse the payments.

 Mr. Melvin Crasto will be produced in QUILLA COURT,MUMBAI at 2:00 PM.

All our Speakasian friends from Mumbai or Near by places are requested to reach QUILLA COURT,MUMBAI at 2 PM to SUPPORT Melvin Sir as he is arrested by EOW on 24th November 2011 and he will be produced before Qila court at around 02:00 PM.

On 25th November 2011 At 5:00 PM News : Ecnomic Offence Wings Gets the Custody of Mr. Melvin Crasto for 7 days From Quila Court .

According to Zee Business Channel News : AISPA President Mr. Crasto is Part of speak asia managment and EOW Mumbai have arrested him regarding speak asia case investigation.

 सभी जानते है के माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार २१ नवम्बर २०११ को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के माजी न्यायमूर्ति श्री लाहोटी जी के अध्यक्षता में स्पिक एशिया के मामले में एक कमिटी गठित कराइ गयी थी और सभी सरकारी एजन्सिज को अपनी रिपोर्ट श्री लाहोटी जी के सामने २१ नवम्बर २०११ को पेश करनी थी परन्तु किसी कारणवश यह मीटिंग २८ नवम्बर २०११ को दोबारा से तय की गयी.और सबको ये लग ही रहा था के अब ये मीटिंग हर हाल में होकर रहेगी और कम से कम पनेलिस्ट्स के लिए कोई न कोई रहत की खबर जरुर मिलेगी, के तभी अचानक से स्पिक एशिया पनेलिस्ट असोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष श्री मेल्विन क्रेस्तो साहब को 24 November मुंबई पुलिस की आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

आज दोपहर २ बजे श्री मेल्विन सर को मुंबई के किला कोर्ट में पेश किया जायेगा.
