Only relation is " We are some speak asian Pannelists " and this is Enough to do our efforts for the Company and our speak asians.we know many of speak asia pannelists have applied on the website which is provided by speak asia company but its on 10 September 2011 means 50 days but if our group want to do some thing where is problem in that ?

 In ( speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com ) opinion some of speakasia news publishing websites react to united speak asia in very angry manner before saying some thing to any one .They have to ask the question from them " Sir/ Madam are you having any concerned with speak asia company or management ".  When a Website / Blog already mentioned that they are group of some speak asians wants to help those who don't get money .A Commen Sense Question is when Speak Asia id actual users can not login what United speakasia can do with this Id . Speak Asia Login id is just like our email accounts until you have password no body can do any thing in that.

As speak asia pannelist was aware that Mr. Tarak Bajpai who is also Known as " Tarak Sir " was arrested on 29th July from his house in indore by Ecnomic Offence Wing mumbai on the complaint of a speak asian pannelist named " Navneet Khosla ". According to Navneet Khosla on 17 Feb 2011 two Speak asia members visited and told about scheme and he was allegedly duped of the Rs 2.40 lakh.

EOW Mumbai have to submit a chargesheet in between 60/90 Days of Arrest but till 31 October their is no charge sheet have been submited .

according this news :

Police officials who are investigating the case said that it is a huge case and the investigation is spread over several cities. "We are going through a lot of documents and gathering evidence. Some arrests were made 3 months ago and we are preparing the reports. Our aim is to file a watertight chargesheet," n this case to do said inspector B P Shelke, chief investigator.

The police suspect that some of the accused involved in the fraud were also part of other multi-level marketing frauds. Police officer also told :  "We heard some of the panelists are returning money but it's more because they are afraid of police action or due to relationships with the victims," he said.

In This Case Judgement Important Things are  :
The I.O. visited the Registrar of Companies and caused enquiries about the registration of the alleged companies namely (1) Seamless Outsourcing LLP, Mumbai, (2) Kritanz Management & Allied Services, Mumbai, and (3) Tulasiyat Tek Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai and also addressed a letter to the Registrar of Companies for furnishing of certain information on registration of above firms.
  
On 08.08.2011 the I.O. received the information from the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in which he stted that no company in the name of “Speak Asia Online Pvt. Ltd.” is found to be registered in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Registry.

The I.O. got served notices U/s 91 & 160 Cr.P.C. to (1) Manoj Kumar, CEO, (2) K. Charan Kumar, Regional Manager, and (3) Harender Kour, Global CEO of petitioner company through their advocate Sri S.S.R. Murthy to attend before him on or before 25^th July 2011. Manoj Kumar, CEO and Harendar Kour, Global CEO have not attended so far before the I.O.

have Relation Ship with Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd. Speak Asia Company is Not Registerd In India and Last is Andhra Court Give a written order to Manoj Kumar and Harender Kour to Produce Before Court.
