Question 2 : On Which Date RBI have Stoped Payments of Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd.
RBI Answer 2 : We ( Reserve Bank Of India ) Never Closed Any Bank Accounts of Speak Asia in India .
( This was Shocking News to All the Speak Asians as From Speak Asia was Saying that Their accounts was Freezed By Reserver Bank of India Even in Speak Asia Controversy Blog it was written that :

M/s United Overseas Bank, Singapore, on 27th May, 2011 probably due to the cautionary circular
sent out by the RBI vide circular No. DBS.CO.PPD No.16237/11.01.005/2010-11 dated 23rd May, 2011.
SAOL has been approaching the RBI and various other appropriate agencies to seek permission for
establishing their permanent establishment  and for restarting the operations and restarting the payments to their panelists (us).

Court Added party respondent Nos. 5 and 6  to Central Board of Direct Taxes and Economic Offences Wing, Income Tax Department, Mumbai.

On 17th October 2011 Reserve Bank of India Representatives are NOT Present .  
On the 8th November 2 Paries will be Added in The Commite Which is Made by Supreme Court Under Observtion Ex Chief Justice of India " R C Lohati ".

After All the Parties will Give their Statements to the Court Means " NOC - NO OBJECTION CERTIFCTE "After that this Commite will Start Doing Its Work .. Till That time .. Case will be in Pending Status .

If EOW Mumbai Will Give Clean Chit to Speak Asia Company then they have to Tell the Court and Goverment What They have Done in Its Investigation on which Bases they have arrested 16 Speak Asia Managment Peoples arrsted .

Getting Registered of Speak Asia Company in India is Diffrent Thing .. Speak Asia Have to take Permission From Goverment Agencies Such Prime Minister Office , Registrar of Companies and All Of them ....

Supreme Court Have No Authority to Give a Clean Chit to Speak Asia Company Commite is Only made to Give Justice to Soloman Case Not the Whole Speak Asia Company.

We ( Speak-Asia-Fraud.blogspot.com ) was Publishing the Speak Asia News From a Long time have laughed on article published regarding Mr. Tarak Bajpai  Disappeared but According to our information its most obvious that Mr. Bajpai was with Andhra Pardesh CID .. Mr. Bajpai have applied for anti Spertry Bail some days before after that on 17th a FIR Queshed was Submitted in Court which was not Accepted by Supereme Court on 22nd Evening it was Declined. So May be Today on 24th Andhra Padresh CID was Taken in Custody of Tarak Bajpai .

Mr Tarak Bajpai was 1 of the Wanted Person in CRIMINAL PEITTION No.5626 of 2011 in Andhra Pardesh High Court this case was filed Under IPC Section 420 .
On 30 August 2011 : CID Andhra Pradesh Wins the Case Against Speak Asia Court Disposed in the Matter which means Now Andhra Pradesh CID can Arrest Speak Asia Management Peoples and Other Peoples Related to this Case.

After That on On 9th September 2011 : Speak Asia 4 Officials Taken By Andhra Pradesh CID to Hyderabad
When Andhra Pradesh Officials Come to Mumbai : They Said Mr. Tarak Bajpai is presently recuperating in a hospital after undergoing an operation. “Once he recovers, we will bring him to Hyderabad,” RAJIV MEHROTRA is Not Taken .

On 11 October 2011 :  Rajiv Mehrotra AntiSpretry Bail Crlp 8957/2011 Disposed on 11-October-20111.. Rajiv Melhotra, and four of its employees Will taken Into Custody.
