जी बिजनिस के समाचार के अनुसार १६ अगस्त तक तारकजी और अन्य ४ जन को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया है और १६ अगस्त को जमानत पर सुनवाई होगी. मिरारोड़ पुलिस ठाणे ने १४ दिन की हिरासत मांगी थी जिसके ख़ारिज किया गया है

The court has rejected the extension of date of custody of all 6 officials of speakasia including
Mr. tarak bajpayee so now on 16th august,Next hearing will be going on regarding bail.
According to Zee News : All the Peoples who are Arrested they are right now in custody of EOW mumbai Wing and Now they all send to Judaical Custody and Mumbai Police 14 days custody which was demanded by Court is canceled . Till Date their was 4 Arrested in Speak Asia Scam . Main Thing they all come from Judical Custody from Police Custody Mumbai Police wants Remand for 14 Days but that was not given by court .
In The court it was said if their will be remand after some days then a new case then again remand .. Then their will always be a Remand that is why court don't give Remand and They all Send to Judaical Custody .
